£14.00 - £17.00 Per hour depending on experience - £21.00 - £25.50 Per hour overtime (Time and a half overtime)
MAAC Heating and Cooling is an expanding, forward thinking company based on the outskirts of Norwich installing air source heat pump heating and cooling systems in East Anglia.
Due to continued business growth after 11 years of successful trading, we require a heating engineer/installer to join our friendly and successful team.
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience in the heating industry and have an excellent understanding of heating systems that can be evidenced. An unvented hot water, NVQ level 3 Plumbing and Heating, Air source qualifications would be desirable, all air source training will be provided.
You must hold a full UK driving licence, be trustworthy, courteous, and have a positive attitude and good communication skills.

Extensive manufacturer and in house training
21 days holiday + Bank holidays etc

We are based on the outskirts of Norwich and supply Air Conditioning and Air Source Heat Pump system solutions to the domestic and commercial sectors mainly in East Anglia.
Due to continued business growth we require an administrator to join our committed, friendly and successful team.
Day to day duties and responsibilities will include:
Handling company emails
Answering the phone
Booking appointments and handling personal data
Managing client enquiries
Ensuring all details are input to the companies CRM system
Update sales materials and company records
Provide support with general administration and client communication
Completing orders and taking deliveries
Arranging engineer travel and accommodation
Company vehicle care
The successful candidate will:
Have excellent administration and communication skills (verbal and written)
Be an organised individual who can manage time
Be professional, trustworthy, courteous and reliable
Enjoy working in a small driven team
Have good computer skills
Be able to work under pressure and sometimes at a fast pace
Be able to prioritise their workload using own initiative
This is an excellent opportunity for someone local who is comfortable to work under own initiative and as part of the team. This role is full time - offering 37.5 hours per week, the working times are Monday-Friday 09:00-17:00.
